We offer the American Heart Association (AHA) CPR classes in the greater Sacramento area. Our classes are easy to schedule, fun and affordable. The instructors are led by a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in Emergency Cardiovascular Care. Our instructors all bring real life experience and expertise to each of their courses.

The Community & Workplace courses in First Aid, CPR & AED are for anyone with limited or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory or other requirements-ideal for teachers, childcare workers, fitness trainers, corporate workers, restaurant employees, lifeguards, coaches, parents, babysitters, law enforcement personnel or anyone who wants to learn how to do CPR in Sacramento.
The Childcare First Aid CPR AED & Preventive Health & Safety classroom-based courses are designed to meet the 16- hours of EMSA regulatory requirements for child care workers in the state of California.

options that is delivered in 3-parts: the cognitive learning portion (Part
1) can be completed online, and the hands-on Skills Session which includes
practice and testing (parts 2 & 3) can be completed with our AHA
