BLS|ACLS|PALS

These healthcare provider courses consist of the Basic Life Support (BLS), Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Pediatric Emergency Assessment, Recognition and Stabilization.

These courses are designed for both pre-hospital and in-hospital providers and healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies: personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units, physicians, dentists, EMS professionals, and students in healthcare programs.

Physician Assistants, Physicians, Dentists, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners. Respiratory Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nursing Students, Resident Physicians and health professionals who need to know how to perform basic lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-and-out of hospital settings. 

EMSA Childcare Providers

EMSA 

Childcare First Aid​ CPR/AED

This classroom-based course is designed to meet the 8 hours of California EMSA childcare training that includes Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED use for Adult, Child & Infant.

EMSA Health & Safety Training​

The Preventive Health Practices course is approved by the EMSA. The 8-hour training includes information about infectious diseases, immunizations, preventing childhood injuries, disaster planning, caring for children with special needs and identification and reporting of child abuse.

This course includes one hour of childhood nutrition and the resources and benefits of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The Lead Poisoning Prevention is included in this curriculum.


Workplace Training

OSHA

 First Aid CPR AED

The CPR/AED & First Aid training is designed for businesses/workplace to meet Cal/OSHA and other regulatory requirements.

The courses can be delivered in separate modules of First Aid only, for students who have a current CPR card or as CPR AED without First Aid for someone who already has First Aid card or delivered as a combination of First Aid and CPR AED course. All AHA CPR courses comes with AED training.

It is ideal for contractors & construction workers. Child and infant modules are available to parents, teachers, home health aides, coaches, lifeguards, caregivers or anyone who needs CPR & First Aid certification. Allied healthcare providers in nursing homes and assisted living facilities may require aides to certify in First Aid & CPR/AED training. 

There are optional Child & Infant modules for the CPR/AED training.

Our program is led by a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in critical care. We offer the American Heart Association (AHA) CPR classes in Sacramento and Yuba City locations. The CPR/BLS, ACLS and PALS classes are easy to schedule, fun and affordable. Our instructors all bring real life experience and expertise to each of their classes. Sustainability

The Workplace courses are designed for non-healthcare providers who need a course completion card for job, regulatory or other requirements. The First Aid, CPR & AED training is ideal for construction workers to satisfy OSHA requirements. Teachers, fitness trainers, corporate workers, restaurant employees, lifeguards, coaches, parents, law enforcement personnel or anyone who wants to learn how to do CPR.

Our childcare training programs is approved by the EMSA.  The Pediatric First Aid focuses on prevention, child safety and how to recognize and treat first aid emergencies in a childcare setting-daycare home, preschool, or childcare center. The adult, child and infant CPR modules come with training in the use of AEDs. The Preventive Health & Safety training comes with Lead Poisoning Prevention.
